Champlain Islanders Developing Essential Resources, Inc. (C.I.D.E.R.) is a Grand Isle County based non profit organization governed by community Members. Members elect and may serve on the Board of Directors. Membership is not required to receive any services or participate in any programs provided by C.I.D.E.R. Though the minimum annual dues are only $2 per household, donations to the Membership Drive are key to our ability to continue serving older adults and persons with disabilities living in our communities.
